Now, there’s no hard and fast rule that it should be exactly 6 hours. So, if your CPU has made it through without any faults, you’re done! 6 HoursĪ 6-hour test is for moderate overclocks. Mild overclocks, more often than not, are pretty darn stable anyways. If you’re testing a stock processor or if you’ve introduced some very mild overclock, an hour or two of testing should be just fine.
